Assemblymember Alex Lee Responds to Trump Administration’s Release of Medicaid Enrollees' Personal Data to Deportation Officials

Assemblymember Alex Lee released the following statement after the Trump administration’s transfer of Medicaid enrollees' personal data to the Department of Homeland Security: 

“The federal government is actively terrorizing and kidnapping adults, families, and children across our country. I am deeply concerned with the Trump regime’s disturbing violation of the privacy of Californians’ health records to further their campaign of terror. This is yet another example of the federal government’s abuse of power — and attempt to reign fear and control over our society.”
