Providing this information allows a certificate of commendation to be tailored to the individual or group in question. To ensure that your request will be processed on time, please submit your request ten (10) business days prior to the date by which you would like to receive the certificate.
Requests received within 10 business days are subject to availability.
**Please note that our office can only accommodate requests for constituents in the 24th Assembly District, which includes southern San Mateo County and northern Santa Clara County in the heart of the Silicon Valley. If you do not reside in the 24th Assembly District, please contact your local Assemblymember. You can find your representative online at http://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/.
